Coach Danny is the Westchester Express Director of Player Development. Along with coaching our 2018 team, he will work with our organization's players at all age groups to develop specific skillsets via group and individual work.

Coach Logan is the Brewster Ice Arena's skating director, and is passionate about teaching young players proper stride and edge work. The BU alum's commitment will turn into a generation of excellent skaters coming up through the ranks.

Coach Ryan leads our Brewster Ice Arena Summer Camps, and spent the 2025-2026 Season coaching the 2013 Express Red team while finishing grad school as a student athlete on the Post Hockey Team.

Coach Tyler was an EHL All-Star and Captain of the New York Apple Core before committing to West Conn's Hockey Team. A credit to all he is a part of, beloved by his students and colleagues.

Coach Braeden grew up playing hockey at the Brewster Ice Arena before heading to Villanova for his degree. Known for his work ethic and affable demeanor, he's keen to pass his love for the sport to another generation through coaching.
8U Registration
Mite Director Alex Rowella and Director of Player Development Danny Elser will preside over Thursday Skills & Sunday Cross-ice Gameplay, while Coach Bart Mucci will oversee the 8U Dev Game on the studio; Skating Director Logan Waters runs an intense Tuesday Powerskating. Players can sign-up for one or two weekly classes or get a $160 discount on all three.
10U Registration
Monday & Wednesdays skills will be run by staff coaches: Tyler Gobel, Braeden Hecht, and other travel caliber coaches. Saturday gameplay will be overseen by a USAH certified on-ice official. 13 sessions Tuesday Powerskating can be added for $350 at registration, or a drop-in rate of $35/session.
12U/14U Registration
Our 12U/14U Development Program is a 'no checking' program overseen by staff coaches Tyler Gobel, Braeen Hecht, and other travel caliber coaches. Saturday gameplay will be overseen by a USAH certified on-ice official.
ADULT hockey clinic AT THE BIA
Tuesdays @ 8:10pm
An hour long clinic 8:10-9:10pm every Tuesday with Coach John Curtin leading into a 9:15pm Open Hockey session.
If you are new or newish to the sport or just want to sharpen your skills, give the clinic a try! $35/walk on fee.

THE FUTURE EXPRESS: 8U & 10U DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
For 8U (Mites) & 10U (Squirts)
The Future Express program is designed for 8U and 10U players that have learned to skate and are ready to immerse themselves in the sport. Hitting the ice three times a week from October through February, working on the fundamental hockey and skating skills as well as team concepts and positioning. $30 WALK-ON FEE!

The Brewster Bulldogs House League is a twice weekly program: Practices on Thursday nights, and Gamedays on Sunday afternoons. Players might have opted out of Travel Hockey, or are looking to supplement their schedule with additional sessions. $30 WALK-ON FEE!
