Birthday Parties are always booked via the phone (845-279-2229 ext.10) as our clerk will walk you through the process and book you for ice. 

A $100 deposit is always due at the time of booking, your event is not reserved until the payment has been made. 

We never allow outside catering (beyond dessert items) for any on-site events. If you'd like to clarify, please email BrewsterIceArena@AOL.COM but we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to serve a meal to your party on premises with our in-house restaurant Players open on the second floor.
