Booking on Saturdays & Sundays from September through June
Birthday Parties are always booked via the phone (845-279-2229 ext.10) as our clerk will walk you through the process and book you for ice. A $100 deposit is always due at the time of booking, your event is not reserved until the payment has been made.
Once a party is booked, expect a call the week of to make preliminary arrangements, or call the main office when it is convenient for you.
We never allow outside catering (beyond dessert items) for any on-site events.
If you'd like to clarify (specifically regarding food allergies) please email BrewsterIceArena@AOL.COM to get written approval on deviations.
Until March 2025, the Brewster Ice Arena worked to schedule professional skating instructors with birthday parties that requested them. However recent developments have made it impossible for us to assure instructors of the appropriate caliber on a weekly basis. We will continue to book on ice 'helpers' for $50/hour: A capable teenage skate guard that will help skaters and keep the party's denizens going- especially useful in lieu of parents on the ice!
Birthday parties are welcome to book their own instructors through personal connections or an external hiring process. Additionally, going through our skating school's website you can request an instructor and if one is available for your birthday party, make arrangements through them regarding availability and compensation.
